Painted with rust resistant paint, and flex seal on the roof.
Featuring a composting toilet. Uses sawdust or coffee chaff. Simple to empty/clean.
Custom fitted blackout curtains.
Electrical and water hookups. Includes heated water hose for winter time.
Plenty of cabinet space/overhead storage area that can function as a sleeping area.
Closet with clothing rack.
Seating area with removeable table.
3 possible sleeping areas. Sleeps 5 (Queen sized bed, overhead loft, and seating area)
Bed can can be slid in and out to create more seating.
Mini fridge, toaster oven, and two burner electrical stove top included.
Warms well during the winter. (Heaters included)
Cools well during the summer. (AC unit is included)
Comes with white canopy cover.

Tires are in good shape.
There are a number of issues:
The front door is difficult to shut with a perfect seal (however, no water comes in with canopy).
There's a bathroom sink and shower, but are inoperable. Needs plumbing work to function.
Hookup area for a water heater. (Will include recommended water heater unit; the current one will be removed. It worked beautifully; very hot)
Had a pipe rupture during winter which affected the sink and is currently inoperable. The water pressure is normally quite powerful.
