Cracked section of pipe on exterior hose from freeze. Currently bypassed with the manufacturer valve shutoff so no leaks and sink operational. Easy fix.
Minor water damage to bottom edge of kitchen cabinetry. Veneer rubbed of on small area. Easy fix.
Nice Interstate deep cycle marine battery included but it is 4 years old and not holding a great charge. Could be refurbished easily or replaced.
2" hitch with 7 pin.
