Exterior is 35 ft in length, 8 ft. in width, and the height is approximately 12 ft with the smoke stack, 10 ½ ft without.
Interior is 34 ft long, 6 ft 8 in wide and approximately 6 ft high.

Custom paint job by local artist, hitch installed at rear of bus to allow for towing vehicle or trailer, all windows fitted with custom metal screens. And working engine block heater,
Partial conversion completed includes:
Walls and floor framed out, insulated, and finished with OSB. Back half of floor finished with interlocking wood floor tiles. Rear wheel wells framed out provide additional seating area.
A simple sliding door with pet pet door separates front cab from living space.
One passenger bus seat remains in the front for passenger seating. All of this can be easily changed if desired.
Jotul F 602 Eco cast iron wood stove installed atop ceramic tile hearth pad. Triple wall stove pipe. Smoke stack extends 18 inches above roof. Fireplace tools, hatchet, and ash bucket included.

There is ample space underneath the bus to install gray and black water tanks if you wish to expand the build. The interior has ample space to build out a kitchen, bathroom, or anything you can think of. OSB can be removed to install plumbing and electrical wires behind it if you so desire.
I lived in it for five winters and four summers as it is now and was perfectly comfortable.
The only thing it needs is the new batteries. And a couple of lens broke on the rear courtesy of the Wyoming wind. It drives like a dream.
