After purchase, we took the RV to our local Ford Dealership to diagnose and recommend needed maintenance and repairs. We had them perform all the tasks they recommended. We rebuilt the front end with new steering components, Axels, Bushings and Ball joints. New shocks. As well, we upgraded the brakes with new larger Commercial duty pads, calipers and rotors in front. New Commercial duty rotors and pads in the rear. Brake fluid flushed, Transmission fluid flushed, spark plugs replaced and oil changed annually. New Firestone tires last fall. After completion, the dealership stated that we could drive this RV with confidence knowing that this RV now runs and drives like new. CARFAX available upon request.
NO SHOWER OR TUB. NO DINING TABLE. Smaller 3 legged table provided.
The old Furnace, Fridge and Water Heater were bad so we put in a new Electric Fridge, new Furnace and new Water Heater. New carpet. Main awning replaced a few years ago and looks like new. Small awning in good shape. New LED lights inside and out. Tail lights replaced with LEDs. New Headlights. New 36" leveling jacks installed on the rear of the RV. 40 gal water tank, 30 gal gray and 30 gal waste tanks. The second owner removed and resealed all of the windows. We recoated the roof. The RV has a built in generator. It starts but doesn't stay running. The DC Fridge is powered by 300W Renogy Solar panels, 300Ah lithium battery. 100W Renogy Solar panel on the 120Ah Optima AGM RV battery. 4000W Renogy inverter provides 115AC.
