Large slide out table seating and large beds. Canvas, beds, cushions and floors are in good condition.

Interior and exterior lighting, plug in cord, and battery. Has outdoor shower, indoor sink, bike rack, fridge, heater, and toilet. Easily sleeps 4-5 people. Dual propane tanks, electric brakes and sway bar control system. Plenty of inside and outside storage. Sporty wheels & easy to tow dry weight of 2,650 lbs.

I included a couple original brochure images, other pictures show current condition, serious inquiries only please. I have the original manuals that came with camper, clean title, I am the second owner and have owned it since 2013.

The camper was mainly used in the summers and primarily just for sleeping so the water system, heater, fridge, and stove have not been used for several seasons. Some or all of these systems and associated controls may need inspection, testing, and repairs to ensure proper operation. The cassette toilet was never used since the day it was purchased.

It’s been a great camper for many years but looking to sell since its not used very often.

Known issues:
-Camper needs the crank top height slightly adjusted, page 56 of the owners manual shows how its done but it has yet to be completed. I have been pushing up on the interior ceiling when setting up the camper to get the screen door to fully slide in place.
-There is a small hole in the screen of the door.
-The drain under the sink was disconnected to allow quick up/down of folding kitchen gallery but can easily be reconnected. The sink faucet is also slightly bent.
-when a storm kicked up an awning pole punctured a small hole in the top of the camper and also a leak occurred but all this was subsequently repaired.
-the interior roof fabric has some wrinkles.
-the water intake tube that connects to the main tank is cracked and needs repair.
-the floating step needs bolts reattached; I haven’t fixed this as I have a stand I use that props up the step instead.
-camper, floors, and canvas show typical signs of wear and use for age of camper.
