2014 Itasca Navion

fuel: diesel
title status: clean

Itasca Navion 24M with 13,957 miles. We bought it new in 2014 after searching high and low for a 24M with black leather. This is the rare open floorplan model with room for 4 adults (or 2 adults and 4 kids). It has the large drivers side slide and couch that turns into a queen bed-so you don't waste valuable living space with a bed until you need it. We had Outside Van guide all the upgrades. It has a whopping 280 watts of Blue Sky controlled solar to keep the batteries topped off when boondocking. Top of the line Koni rear shocks and massive rear sway bar improved the handling immensely (my wife says it drives like a mini van now)! The BFGoodrich KO2 all terrain tires allow 4 season use (top winter rated all terrain tires). We have skied out of it in Jackson Hole, Taos, Aspen and all over Summit and Grand countys. It's built so well it kept us warm in -20 degree weather in Aspen for a week! We have yet to need the included tire chains even on powder days. The new tires and 10,000lbs weight make this thing almost unstoppable in the snow. It's gone everywhere (within reason) our friends Earthroamers have gone-and when its raining outside, guess where everyone ends up for cocktail hour?!

We had the flat panel TV relocated (custom cabinet front) and a Keurig coffee maker installed in its place which runs off the inverter. Rigid Dually driving lights (that come on with the high beams) made night driving safer. A Thule rack and cargo box holds all your skis and fly fishing gear. A remote controlled MaxxFan was installed to circulate fresh air even when its raining.

We have towed the 4 seat UTV to Moab and all over Colorado with no issues- the turbo diesel is simply amazing. We have managed a high of 18mpg and low of around 12mpg when towing. Forget the 6-7mpg with a gas RV. The AC unit has kept us cool even in 109 degree heat in Lake Powell. We have cool SUP rack that holds 4 full size stand up paddle boards if interested. We have made some amazing memories with the RV but our kids are grown and we no longer use it much.

A custom cover (included) has been used when RV was stored. Thanks
