Fair shape for what it is. Everything works except the AC. Full kitchen, shower bathroom, queen bed, nice tv and sound system. Couch makes out into a bed. Kitchen table also makes down into the a bed. Could sleep 4 easily (6 if there’s 2 adults and 4 kiddos).
