1999 Forest River Georgetown RV low mileage - $10,500 (Denver)

I live in Franktown, Co just 15 minutes east from Castle Rock.
Im available in the mornings from 9am-11am Monday-Saturday and Sundays 9am-9pm to show it.
Good condition, low mileage, some damage to outside bumper in the back and the latter
Some missing trim on one of the storage cabinet doors on the outside.
Everything works except for the hook up for the water on the outside which is an easy fix. I have been managing filling up jugs of water with the well water where I'm hooked up at. I have lived in this r v for 3 years now.
This RV was mostly kept in a garage the first 20 years. Only was taken to Bronco games. I've had it since July of 2022.
GMC engine, nothing wrong with it. Replaced kitchen sink. Replaced all the tires.
The Onan generator works, but the connections up front to turn it on inside the rv does not work, so you have to go outside to turn it on.
Where I live in Franktown the landowner it is selling his property so I have to move.
And I need a bigger place to live in cuz. My son is sick. I have to help take care of him
