First 8 years stored inside when we had the garage space.
Double bed on one side, twin on the other that coverts to dinette. The things we used all the time, excellent furnace, 20 gallons of hot water water, outdoor shower, propane fridge and fan to keep it cool. Other options but not used much, air conditioner and microwave. Plenty of storage. We loved it. Kept everything inside the trailer and we could leave the house in less than an hour
This is the Xtreme package so it has the ground clearance to roll into spots off the beaten road. We had an adjustable hitch welded to the front so our lifted and non lifted 4Runner could tow it. Also had the rear bumper reinforced with a receiver installed for a bike rack. Otherwise it’s all stock.
Always had maintenance and repairs done. Last year had the bearings and brakes done.
If you look at other A-frame you will see the skylights fading and maybe starting to crack. We had our skylights replaced with Lexan Skylights, new MaxxAir fan and re sealed.
When we went shopping all the brands were the same. I believe it’s made by Jayco.
