We just bought this motorhome (our second) in 2021, and had planned to keep it at least until our kids were in college. We had many fun trips with extended family over the years, but our kids lost interest in camping after their cousins moved out of state.

Details:
===============================================
- 66,535 miles
- Chevy Vortec 7.4L V8. Very reliable engine with good power for Colorado mountain passes.
- Hydraulic leveling system
- Exterior in good shape (a few blemishes given the age)
- Interior in great shape
- Good tires with plenty of tread left
- Cab and coach AC both blow cold
- Refrigerator/freezer work great on both electricity and propane
- Propane furnace keeps it plenty warm on cold nights
- 6-gallon propane water heater heats up fast
- Sleeps up to 6 (walk-around queen in rear, overhead double, sofa and dinette both fold flat)
- Onan 4000w generator with 506 hours
- Lots of storage underneath and throughout interior

Technology upgrades:
===============================================
- Bluetooth-enabled stereo with a 7-inch screen and a backup camera. The camera can be turned on while driving to function like a rear-view mirror.
- 24-inch flat screen TV/DVD combo powered by 12-volt socket.

Additional work done since we bought it:
===============================================
- New front brake pads, rotors
- Adjusted rear brakes
- Full brake system flush
- Repacked front wheel bearings
- Replaced transmission output shaft seal
- Replaced all 4 shock absorbers
- Replaced fuel pump / sending unit assembly
- Sent instrument cluster off to be refurbished
- Replaced hydraulic leveling system fluid
- New serpentine belt
- New air filter
- Replaced O2 and mass airflow sensors
- Replaced all interior lights with soft white LED bulbs.
- Oil changed less than 200 miles ago

This rig is ready to go for your family adventures! We don't plan to own another RV anytime soon, so we'll throw in kitchen stuff, fresh water hose, sewer hose, etc.

Link to Carfax report available on request. We will NOT pay for a report on any other site (sorry scammers).
