This Arctic Fox 25R is a model that is rare and hard to find in such great condition. It is the PERFECT SIZE for touring the country or boondocking in remote environments. PLUS this is a TRUE 4 SEASON trailer with Thermal Pane windows that can handle all the elements, allowing you to use it anytime of the year you wish, anywhere you wish. This is not your typical “Cookie Cutter Trailer” - same floor plan, same manufacturer, just multiple different name plates spread out across multiple dealers - this is a high quality trailer manufactured by Northwood Mfg. and is unique to Arctic Fox. At a total overall length of only 27’3”, this 25R is big enough for the family to have plenty of room inside yet small enough to maneuver comfortably down the highway, through the cities, and a multitude of campsites. The floor plan is great for both couples with or without kids. It has a nice walk around queen bed, a nice couch that drops down for sleeping, and a nice size dinette that also drops down for sleeping. When the slide-out is extended, which encompasses the dinette, the entire inside of the trailer is really opened up, giving you a lot of space for everyone to move around without bothering anyone. This feature is extremely nice while someone is working in the galley and others are sitting at the dinette or on the couch. At the rear of this wonderful trailer is a full bathroom, known as a dry bath, complete with toilet, sink, and a combo bath/shower. As you can see from the pictures, there is an immense amount of storage throughout this trailer on the inside as well as the outside. There are closets in the rear bath area, around the bed and an abundance of cabinet space everywhere, including a HUGE pantry/cabinet next to the stove. Outside, there are numerous storage bins, including a huge pass through storage bin at the front. This 25R has all the comforts of home with a two door/two-way fridge/freezer, microwave, stove with oven, and a double sink in the galley, along with plenty of counter space and LED lighting throughout to see it all. There is also a power awning with LED lights which you can adjust the pitch from side to side to drain off rainwater – not all awnings are like that on other RVs. This trailer also has the GENERATOR PREP on it which will allow you to add a propane generator if you would like – I enjoy the extra storage plus it holds my 2K watt gas generator just fine, along with other items. In addition, there is the larger 15K air conditioning that has an optional soft start installed and a DISH TWO TV capable satellite system, along with TWO 12 volt tvs/dvd players. Finally, this Arctic Fox 25R is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and has been maintained by myself and the local Arctic Fox Dealer. It has always been winterized each year. The batteries – yes, I put two on – are upgraded AGMs, propane tanks are two 30lb/7 gallon, and I just put on a NEW set of tires. Plus, I’m going to leave the LEVELMATE PRO system on which makes for the easiest leveling for your RV by using an app on your phone – really cuts your time and is better than a bubble. There is a lot more on this trailer and many attributes, but you will have to look at it for yourself. This trailer needs nothing – just a new appreciative owner, your own gear, and yes, you will need your own hitch stuff – weight distribution, sway bar, hitch head – I need to keep mine.
