Living area consists of 1 slide out with a couch with a pull-out air mattress and dining room table that converts into a bed. Each bench seat has storage under the seats. There is a 24” TV in the stand-up cabinets. The cabinets have two-way access above the TV and stand-up clothes cabinets.
The kitchen area has an angled two bay sink. Above storage for dishes and glasses etc. There is a 3-burner stove and oven with a microwave above. A typical 4.4 Cu Ft Refrigerator and Freezer. There is a 3-door storage cabinet for food and supplies.
The Bathroom has 2 sinks, 1 on each side of the stand-up shower. The shower has a newly installed shower surround enclosed with a glass door enclosure. Additional storage cabinet with 2 doors upper and lower access doors.
New waterproof flooring has been installed. New kitchen fixtures and door handles.
Accessories included:
Stabilization hitch 2 5/16” ball with sway bar stabilization. 3 sets of levelling jacks, 1 set forward, 1 set middle and 1 set at the rear. 12 4”x6” steel feet for the level jacks. 1 set tire chocks. 4 new tires with a spare attached to the rear bumper. Additional water inlet next to the city water connection to assist with black water tank clean out.
Has an exterior BBQ. Additional water hose is kept in the forward storage area, accessible through two exterior doors.
