Nice trailer.

Cleared out extra room, new air mattress, nice space and good storage. Everything works great apart from below:

It does need a new instant hot water heater installed. If you know how to do that it would be an upgrade to a longer and more comfortable shower. Awning works, just needs a new one, it tore.
