52,258 original miles on fuel injected 454/4L80E overdrive transmission.

Rig was never lived in, only a “weekend warrior” rig for a Nascar fan who would drive it to races for a weekend.

I originally bought this and started on maintenance and mods to live in it myself, but plans changed, now spending winter overseas and need to minimize.

Recent repairs/maintenance:
End to end roof sealing, one new vent, RV roof coating. Dacor caulk/seal various possible leak points around coach. Engine flushed, full synthetic engine oil, new Mobil 1 long-life filter, new distributor cap (USA-made, brass terminal), new AC Delco rotor, new air filter. ATF flushed, new filter, filled with Mobil 1 full synthetic ATF, plate/fin style transmission oil cooler installed. Cooling system citric acid flushed, then re-flushed with distilled water. System filled with G-05 long-life coolant, new superstat thermostat and gasket. Differential flushed, new gasket, re-filled with full synthetic 75w-140 oil + Lubri-Moly MoS2 gear antifriction added. All driveline, u-joints, front end zircs lubed with synthetic moly-based grease. Brake system flushed with synthetic DOT 4 brake fluid. New front brake hoses installed. New radiator overflow installed. New windshield washer pump and reservoir installed. New starter solenoid in Onan generator + new fuel filter and hoses. Roof A/C unit serviced (coils cleaned, fan motor oiled with synthetic electric motor oil) and screen added to shroud to prevent wasps and other pests from building nests inside. Doghouse insulated with foil-backed foam heat and sound insulator. Some new light fixtures inside, new programmable heater thermostat (for gas/forced-air heater). Airbag suspension added, front/rear. Many more upgrades that I’ve forgotten.

*Includes full tank of treated fuel ($200+)
