This is a great running motor home but it has some issues.the outside besides the normal wear and tear needs the awnings replaced and air condtioners covers.The owen generator 12000 needs work possibly a new control board.The whole chasis electrcal needs a go over but if you plug it in to 50amp eberything works.The inverter doesnt but it is prewired for solar.The interior needs new couch and bench table.I was going to start fixing it up but dont have the time and place to put it.As far as the drive train goes its ready to hit the road.Cummings diesel pusher with allison trans.At 33ft its easy to get around in and fits at most camp grounds.I dont have the title as of now but im working on it.Had house fire and all my important paperwork burned.I bought it in 2021 for $27000 cahh and new it went for $160000.If your interested email me and we can talk about it.great deal for the right person that wants to put in the time to make it nice.
