Runs great and drives great - NEEDS fuel pump! Seals leaking. I'm working on fixing this now.

To note:
Fuel pump is leaking at the seals (easy fix)
Ceiling above bed needs drywall panel
Some water damage - pretty common in these, but mitigated for mold
Seals on windows need redone
Window on top bunk needs sealed/fixed
Would need winterized (if using facilities)
And I mean, some general TLC - she's old!
