My name is Nichole, and I’m an experienced property manager (7+ years) looking for a new opportunity as an on-site or live-in manager. I’ve managed a wide range of properties, from single-family homes to multi-unit buildings, and I'm confident handling everything from maintenance coordination and tenant relations to leasing and administrative work.
My journey started in commercial cleaning, then vacation rentals, and I quickly moved up into assistant property management roles.
