With 802,000 rental units in Colorado can be a task searching on your own, I can help assist on narrowing your search so your are not constantly burned out looking on places that do not work for your needs.
Please review what I have in my agreement for my clients below, on everything I offer to help you find your next home
1.) As a client you are not working with any other apartment locator service
2.) As a client you agree to put me down as the referral at all communities
3.) I as the Apartment locator, I will not charge any money to help you assist looking for an apartment or any of the apartment locator services offered
4.) As an Apartment locator I will help assist finding the home per your preferences, location, price, amenities
5.) Listed below are my services I personally offer as an apartment locator:
A.) To represent on the customers behalf in upmost ethical practice and not the community’s behalf
B.) Giving advice when reviewing communities in a manner about representing your needs
C.) Represent you with all partnered relive realty communities
D.) Under the life of this agreement, I will also help review any leases at communities, give advice on any concerns you have living at the community
E.) If Relive Realty is not partnered with communities, we will send a list for you review, visit and I can give my opinion and advice on non-partnered communities.
F.) Assist in renewing or looking for your next apartment or home purchase
G.) We will also request you email us your move in checklist with all the photos moving in and out to store, for safe keeping so if needed upon request we can email it to you
H.) If you like, we be honored to be there on the day of move in for support
6.) As a locator we will send partnered communities first, since the partnered communities pay the services to help locating your next apartment. If none fill your needs, we will send additional non-partnered properties that may fit your needs
If you move into a non-partnered community, we will still not ask for money out of your pocket, but pay us in a google review of our service and 3 good referrals (does not need to be all at once) referral leads can include but not limited;
• apartment renting
• homeowners wanting to rent a house out
• selling & buying a home
