Looking for someone to take over my lease on the master bedroom downstairs in our beautiful 4-bedroom home in Wheat Ridge (near 44th & Teller). The room is available starting August 1st.

• Master bedroom – 12’ x 14’, unfurnished
• Shared full bathroom (with shower) downstairs
• Private downstairs living room/lounge just outside the room
• $1,050/month (includes all utilities + high-speed internet)
• $1,050 security deposit
• Month-to-month option available, but ideal candidate would take over the lease through March 2026

• You’d be living with three amazing, community-oriented male housemates in their 30s–40s — kind, grounded, and respectful. We host casual BBQs and game nights and value intentional co-living.
This is a perfect space for someone who appreciates community, clarity, and a good environment. I’m looking to transition out, so ideally you’d take over the lease and become part of what’s already a solid, peaceful home.
