Seeking a quiet conscientious adult to share my home on Hidden Lake. I’m a semi retired active senior. I’m sensitive to scents (candles, incense, laundry soap, etc.) so I’d appreciate your use of unscented products when possible.

Furnished or unfurnished room and private bathroom on lower level of my multi level home. Lots of privacy and direct access to a patio overlooking the lake.

NO smoking, drugs, 420, or PETS (I’m allergic to cats). Must pass background and credit checks with income source of $1700/mo or proof of funds.
Rent: $900/mo includes all utilities and wifi.
Deposit: $500
Last months rent due upon move in.

Safe neighborhood with cul de sac street parking.
Just north of Tennyson District and Regis University.
17 minutes to downtown Denver, 20 to Boulder.
Nearby light rail, bus, grocery stores, restaurants, rec centers and bike trails!

I am quiet, clean and respectful of people’s space and desire the same. I’m pretty low key for the most part. Use of the lake is possible (Sup, kayak, etc) IF and ONLY if you are accompanied by me or another lake member.
