You'll have one of the main floor bedrooms, bath and laundry room are just outside your bedroom. Furnished BR w/ queen bed, dresser/armoire and nightstands. If you wish to use your own bed etc. accommodations can be made.
Common areas must be kept presentable ("please be neat"), and respect property of others. Cleaning of common areas is shared by everyone. Your room is your own responsibility.
Must be employed (verifiable) credit and background check, responsible, respectable -- no smoking, no drugs. Must like dogs, there are 2 friendly dogs that rule the roost here.
