I have a room available for rent in my home. It is located in a nice, quiet, and very safe neighborhood in Broomfield (Midway and Sheridan Blvd). This is a great location with everything you could need right around the corner. This is a single occupancy, second floor room, with your own bathroom (Room can come furnished or un-furnished, depending on your needs).
Rent will be $900.00 a month, utilities included. There will be an $900.00 deposit, and I require every tenant have references, a background check ($45 non- refundable fee), and proof of employment.
A little about the living arrangements, I am a female and the owner of the home. I work and am very active on my free time. There is one roommate occupying in the basement room. He is a young professional-engineer who is a very kind, and respectful.
Young Working Professional seem to match best with myself. I hold myself to high standard and tend to hold orders to a standard as well. Mutual respect is a must.
Sorry, but no pets. I have a well trained and well behaved dog, and am not looking for another. With that being said, you must be comfortable with animals (my dog).
I am looking for a Young Professional tenant that is clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. Employed full time, (no working from home please and light cooking).
This is a smoke and drug free home (no 420) and it is not a drinking/party house.
I respect everyone's right to partake, but prefer not to be around it at home. This is a safe and comfortable space for someone to come home to. No overnight guest, or people coming or going.
I am not a neat freak but I do like some semblance of cleanliness and order. We will each pick up after ourselves promptly.
I have already raised teenagers, so if you have carry-overs of adolescent behavior then please consider someplace else.
