Three CSM students looking for another Colorado School of Mines student, grad student or soon to be grad student to rent a bedroom with other two other Mines students. I prefer 12-month lease starting in August, but can do to end of May as well. All but care free living in a nice quiet stand alone house near downtown Golden. Landlord takes care of house and yard maintenance/repairs as needed. Only three blocks to Colorado School of Mines. This is a non party house for serious/mature/clean students. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other CSM male student tenant. The house, kitchen and rooms are fully furnished with the basics. It's a stand-alone house that's walking distance to Colorado School of Mines campus and downtown Golden as well as grocery stores. Off street parking and free permit only parking on the street, so we always have parking spaces.
CSM student/grad student highly preferred! Already have three American male CSM student renters so another student would be a great match. Clean, quiet, laid-back atmosphere. No pets, no smokers, no slobs. $900/month includes everything... trash, electric, heat, water, xfinity high speed internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, furniture, appliances, utensils/kitchen items, parking, etc. No smokers, no pets, no slobs. This is a graduate student-oriented house. NOT a loud party house. It is fully furnished including beds, and everything is well maintained. Major house/yard maintenance is also included by the landlord! This is as close to a carefree house rental as you are going to get and only a few blocks from campus. You must clean up after yourself each time you use the kitchen and also maintain cleanliness of common spaces and your bathroom/bedroom as well. You'd be sharing your bathroom with only one other student renter. Shed space for extra gear, bikes, skis, etc.
For comparison, think of the rent as $800 plus fixed $100 utilities/internet for a total of $900 a month. Great house, great location, great landlord (retired Navy), and quiet atmosphere at a fair price within walking distance to everything you need...school/downtown Golden, supermarkets/shops/trails/etc. and close to freeways too.
