Utilities are included in the rent so 1200 is all you pay. Unbelievable location. I'm single, I'm 32. I live a really healthy lifestyle, I go to bed early and wake up early, exercise. I rarely have anyone over. It's important to me that my house is a safe, calm, quiet place to retreat to. I'm nice and want to make sure my roommate is happy! I have a 2-car garage, so you can half one half of it for whatever you want - car, storage, whatever. The room includes two private closets too. I keep the place clean! I have a washer and dryer and you can use them whenever you want.

Security deposit is 1st month's rent. Included in the pics you can see the garage, your room and your bathroom and the view from your room, and then the common area, kitchen, living room. Also backyard.

I am an introvert and am usually in my room just fyi! Place is in Palmer Lake, up against Pike National Forest.
