We are looking for a single male  professional for a roommate. As we own and also live there. He should be between the ages of 35 to 49. We prefer a non-smoker and drug free roommate. No pets please. Single occupancy only, because it is a shared house with my wife and I.We have one bedroom for rent. We're asking $950/mo. 1st and last month's rent. The electric and Water will be prorated for the time we're out of town.
We offer a large unfurnished room on the upper level with a TV. We have a full bath that also serves as a common bathroom. The bathroom has both shower/ bath for you to use.
The kitchen is usable as common areas and an outdoor deck with a grill.
We have a laundry room in the basement equipped with washer and dryer.
It has street parking.
Lease includes membership to 4 recreation centers. All have full amenities. Pool,sauna, and state of the art workout facilities. Lease includes gas, and trash.
We are on the bus line to the light rail. We are within walking distance to Kingsoopers. We have access to biking trails. We are literally 3 miles from the mountains.
All applicants are subject to credit check, background check,and at least verifiable income for 1 year.
