Now that both of my daughters are off to college, I am looking for someone to rent one of their rooms. You can choose the one you prefer either upstairs on the main floor or downstairs in the basement. Each have their own private bathroom. It would just be the two of us in the house and I have my own separate bedroom and bathroom. That leaves the third bedroom and bathroom open for a visitor or guest. I have not included pictures of my personal bedroom and bathroom, but I have included pictures of both of the other bedrooms and bathrooms that you could choose for yourself.

We would share the kitchen and the main living areas as well as the front porch and back patio with fire pit. Prefer you have no pets but one dog is allowed as long as it gets along with mine. I have a fenced-in backyard.

Rent would be month-to-month. Move in date is open, I am in no rush. Just want to find the right fit. I am 56, retired and travel frequently. Would like someone friendly to share the space and also to take care of the place when I am out of town whether that be a weekend or a month. Wi-Fi is included but we would split the gas, electric and water bills.
