About the room and house:
The house is beautiful with a large, fenced, grassy backyard and patio: grille, patio set, shade – perfect for coffee in the morning or whiskey in the evening. The upstairs layout has a nice kitchen, dining area, and family room.
The subterranean living space (the bedroom + living room available for you) with carpet and neutral walls. It trends cooler than the rest of the house in the summer and warmer in the winter (really nice). The bedroom measures ~12x12. The upstairs bathroom would be yours + utilized by any guests at the house and rarely myself.
Excellent east Golden location – great for Mines graduate student or someone serious about their career. Street parking and laundry onsite.
About me / my pup: I lead a pretty quiet lifestyle and work a lot (required to travel for work). When I'm not working, I hike or road trip with the pup. He just turned 10 and is a super sweet 80# lap dog. Enjoy the occasional potluck or game night.
About you: Looking to keep the house chill. Seeking a great person that provides a positive aura and house feel. The pup and I are a chill pair and enjoy the life that we have established. We use the house as a place to recharge and relax - - so, not a party house but we know how to have a great time. We have times where we do go past the standard bedtime hours or have an occasional social gathering, but that is the exception not the norm. Usually in bed by 8 or 9 p.m. and up around 5 a.m.. Not looking for additional pets at this time.
Cleanliness in common areas 9/10, no shoes in the house.
About lease and cost: Month-to-month, which makes things easy if you need to leave. I just require 60 days’ notice prior to your anticipated departure.
Move in costs: First month + security deposit. The security deposit is refundable. You will be responsible for the last month's payment upon notice to vacate the house.
