The condo is shared with an easy-going mid-30's male who mostly works from home but travels frequently. Cleanliness and open communication are a must, but compatibility and occasionally sharing a meal would be ideal!

Utilities are not included in the rent, but rarely exceed $40/person total. Amenities include:
