The house is a 3 bed in South Golden with a big yard, off-street parking, and a climbing wall in the garage that we use regularly. There is room for a bike, a pair of skis or two, maybe some bins in the shed but not too much storage space outside of the room. Close to trails, easy to get to the mountains or Denver, some good restaurants around.
The room is the biggest in the house, just shy of 10ft x 13ft, not including two 2ft x 4ft closets. Shares the upstairs bathroom.
I’ve owned the place for 6 years and live in an ADU in the backyard, but am often gone for a few days to months at a time for work. You’d be sharing the house with one other upstairs person and someone downstairs. All three of us are mid 30’s, male, active. Climbers, mountain bikers, and I backcountry ski. We like to have people over to bbq, boardgame or climb, but are generally pretty chill and turn in around 10 if not earlier, and are usually up around 6 or 7.
Would be great to get someone easygoing that enjoys some of the things we do and, more importantly, brings a positive outlook and is considerate of others’ space and things. Rent is $900/mo and utilities tend to be in the $40-80/mo range. This will be on a month to month basis, no lease.
Pets: leaning towards not, but exceptions could possibly be made.
