HI, I have a room available in my 2 bedrooms 1 bath condo in Golden Colorado for $825 a month and a $200 secure deposit completely refundable if the room looks clean at the time you leave,close to downtown Golden, Colorado School of mines and NREL, month to month, short or long term rent, close to shopping center: Colorado mills mall, king soopers, seven eleven and Bus stop on the corner of building, laundry on building, sorry, no pets or smoking in the apartment but you can smoke in the parking lot.

Quiet and nice neighborhood, perfect for a student or a busy person who is looking for a quiet place to rest, full access to kitchen and shared bathroom with one other student, room can be furnished if needed ( bed, desk, closet and dresser ), off street parking, rent pro rated if you need to move immediately.

Very clean, quiet and secure environment, I'm open to international students, student or worker, any nationality, sex or beliefs, just looking for someone respectful.
