Rent is $550 including utilities except for Xcel which can be split at 40% of the cost of the bill to you. It averages $120-$150 per month in total.
Would perfer tenant to plan to stay 6 months minimum with a months notice upon move out.
My two sons and I are on the upper level in the other two bedrooms and have our own bathroom. I also have one cat who is extremely friendly, however I prefer no other pets.
I’m a 32 year old single mom to two boys. One middle schooler and one 4th grader. They are very chill and mostly quiet kids. They spend a decent amount of time at their grandparents and go to their dads out of state in the summertime.
