I'm an outdoor industry employee in my 30s and enjoy the great outdoors mostly mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. I like my privacy, but enjoy sharing food and beverages together every now and then. I'm pretty laid back, well travelled, fairly nerdy, and an adventure-seeker. Not a party house at all. I keep the common areas neat and tidy, but if you are a major germaphobe or are seeking spotless granite countertops and hardwood floors this place probably isn't right for you. The house has character. It was built in the 1950's and the kitchen floors are in tough shape. The house has seen its better days and is slowly but surely being remodeled, but it feels like home and it's tough to beat the awesome neighborhood and location. I cook a lot of quick meals at home, clean-up after myself, do dishes almost daily, and would expect that you do the same. If you are active and want the perfect location for climbing, hiking, and biking this place will feel right at home. Come check it out!
