Age 30's to 60's to share a 6 bedroom 4 bathroom house in Applewood Valley Subdivision. You will have a Large Private room and en-suite Bathroom. The house has air conditioning and has been recently remodeled in the basement and renovated upstairs. The room is furnished with a desk, dresser and full size bed. The kitchen you will share is fully functional with brand new cabinets and appliances. There is a walk-in pantry with plenty of storage. You will share a 2 refrigerators with 2 other people. There is a Washer and Dryer to be shared by 3 people. The bath (sink, toilet, shower). The room is light and cheerful with 2 large windows. New blackout blinds freshly painted walls. The door to the bedroom has a keyed lock for personal security. Kitchen, common areas and Washer and Dryer available to share with total of 3 roommates. Large yard and shed for storage of a bike or small amount of other equipment. Patio and yard are shared by all housemates. Walking distance to running trails, and 10 minutes to Downtown Golden and Colorado School of Mines. Walking distance to NREL. There is a small amount of space for storage of a few personal items on shelves in garage. Quite suburban neighborhood. Utilities are included (High speed internet, electricity, gas, water, air conditioning, ground maintenance. Total rent + utilities = $800. Prefer mature working professional, absolutely no drugs, no 420, no pets, no smokers. I am not always there so looking for responsible individual that can help out occasionally. The house has a Shared cleaning schedule. Everyone helps out. This situation is nice for someone that would like to live in a nice shared house instead of an apartment and share responsibilities with a couple other professionals.

This house is a quiet home. Great for studying or individuals that want a refuge from their busy outside life.

It is fair to say, that while I am congenial, affable, accountable, it is also true, in terms of a roommate I will not suffer fools, chronically depressed, perpetually sad, combative, desperate, rude or "entitled" individuals.
