Hello, I am looking for a roommate beginning Aug 1 (flexible). The apartment is within walking distance to the Movement Golden gym and some trails in the foothills, within biking distance to several trails as well as downtown Golden.

A little about me: I am a laid back 34 year old male who enjoys outdoor rock climbing, mountain climbing, snowboarding/splitboarding, concerts, and bon fires. Looking for a relatively clean, respectable roommate who ideally has similar interests.
