In search of a roommate to move in with in August . A three-month lease will begin. A couple acres in South Longmont are a sweet spot. residence with four bedrooms. Three of us are moving in, and we're searching for a fourth. A decent-sized bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen. Since two of us already work from home, the ideal applicant does the same. No animals.
We are envisioning community events and a wonderful garden. A fire pit outside and an interior fireplace.750 for the bedroom; utilities are not included (the exact amount is currently unknown, although it might be between $150 and $200 per month).

A little about us: I am a postpatum doula, folk herbalist, and provider of Yucatec Maya healings and rituals. He works at a mushroom lab and enjoys gardening, learning about Swedish folklore and customs, and attending graduate school at Naropa. We have been a couple for fifteen years.
Additionally, a buddy of mine is a personal trainer who does bodywork sessions and teaches qi gong.
We enjoy fostering community activities and delving deeper into earth-based practices. We are in our early 30s and are generally laid back and tidy.
The purpose of the three-month lease start is to give us time to get to know one another. If it works out well, the lease may be extended.
