We have plenty of street parking, driveway fits 2 cars, and a garage that's used for storage (we have all the typical Colorado toys!) Big fenced backyard - perfect for grilling out and entertaining. The house has 3 bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom available, comfortable size for a queen bed, with a shared bathroom. Two other rooms are occupied. Roommate details: There are currently two females living here in their early 20’s. We are open to male or female roommates. We enjoy the outdoors, going to concerts and shows and doing all the outdoorsy things, but we also enjoy spending the weekend in watching movies together. There are already 4 pups in the house. Kiara, Kovu, Kimber, and Koda! All are super sweet mini Aussies! They love people and enjoy hanging out and watching movies with us! Unfortunately, we cannot have any more animals in the house. We are looking for a chill, respectful, clean, responsible, professional adult to share our home with. This is a place we love and love coming home to. It's a shared space so we'd like to live with someone we can vibe with, have a glass of wine with, and enjoy an occasional roommate dinner out. We also enjoy our own hobbies and quiet time and are looking for someone similar. $1,200 rent/month utilities are split I averaged them out to be around $400 ish a month so close to $200 a month, this includes; wifi, multiple steaming services on the shared tv, trash, water, gas, and electric.
