Hi !

Do you work remotely, and would like to live in the country ?

Do you know where Elbert CO. is ?
Located about six miles west of the town of Elbert. It's about halfway between Colorado Springs and Denver so if you have work in both cities its nicely located.

If you are not locationally limited...
Please read on.

1600 sq. ft finished basement for rent.
2 bedrooms, Kitchen, with brand new dishwasher. Dining Room, large entertainment room with a whole wall of built-in shelving & a bathroom, with tub, sink, and shower.
Safe and quiet.

Includes, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, Electric & heat, trash disposal designated parking.
Common area access to a
Full gym, washer / dryer. Great views of Pikes Peak, even from the well lit basement.
$1100 per month.
First, last, $750 Damage deposit.

Altitude here is 7300 ft, if you're in good shape it's not a problem. If you're not in good shape, then living a mile and a half above sea level, is probably not for you.

I have been living here alone, in a passive solar home I designed and had built, very happily for 30 years. But...

I'm enough of a realist to understand at some point in the future, I'm going to need more help around here, so I'm open to the idea that you're willing to work at $25.00 an hour...8-12 hours per month (Or more per hour, if you have documentable, professional skills) deducted from next months rent.
On 5 acres there is always something that needs to be done.

Looking for a quiet, respectful, single individual, probably without pets. Hopefully, with a somewhat jaundiced view of the status quo.

If any of this interests you, I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please email me, and I will get back with you promptly.

Thanks !
