The ranch-style house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Thornton, near I-25 and 136th Ave. As the home is not near a bus line, you must have your own transportation.
The bedroom is located on the main floor. There is a futon with linen, a nightstand, two chests of drawers, and a lamp for your use at no additional charge. If you would prefer to bring your own bed instead, that would also work.
RENT: $700 per month PER PERSON (1-month minimum)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $350 ($1050 to move in)
