Hello,
We are looking for 1 person to join our house making it a total of 4. We also have 2 dogs. We currently have a woman in her late 20's and a man early 30s who are pretty fun people to hang around with. The tenants have been friends with each other for years along with the landlord so it makes the house a fun spot to be. They love being outdoors, playing board games, and hanging with friends. They are very inclusive as well.
The house is walking distance to the light rail, lots of breweries near by as well as food and anything else you may need.
They are looking for housemates who are clean, respectful, and easy to get along with, and maintains a stable income and pays rent on time every time. Because of already having 2 dogs, they request no more pets. If it is a service animal, that will be an extra 200 per month with a 500 non refundable pet deposit.
