I'm a 32-year-old male going on two years at the cabin. I keep pretty standard sleeping/waking hours (10-12pm-6-8am) and do not drink alcohol. Heavy drinkers are likely a poor fit. The room has a queen bed, dresser, and a standing clothes rack, no closet (water heater). Boxes in the bedroom picture will be moved, of course. The property itself (1.7 acre lot) has a large shed and a small treehouse. These can come in handy, as the rooms are on the smaller side. There is one interior bathroom/shower — in my bedroom. This is not a huge deal, but it is something important for applicants to consider.
