I’m looking for a roommate to share my fully furnished townhome in the Hale / Congress Park neighborhood. The lease runs from July 30 through November 30, with the option to extend potentially discussed later.
The home is over 2,100 square feet, three levels with a rooftop deck and garage. It’s located just off 8th and Colorado, walking distance to Kochi Coffee, CAVA, AMC, Trader Joe’s, and plenty of other restaurants and shops. Cheesman Park and City Park are both close by.
You’d have the basement mostly to yourself, including a fully furnished bedroom. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, rooftop deck, and extra storage if needed. The garage has space for one vehicle (fits most cars, but not large trucks or oversized SUVs).
