3 Level, 2 BR, 1.5 Bath townhouse. I work quite a bit, but have irregular hours. Non-smoker, non 420, non-drinker.
While I do not drink, I do not mind a moderate drinker. I have no pets, and prefer to keep it that way, but will consider
a small polite well-behaved dog.
Retired from a career in Medical/Surgical Sales
About you: Mature, over age 50. Perhaps retired, working, or working part-time. Very clean, and especially about the kitchen, and shared bathroom. No crazy exes, or deadbeat adult children around. Well behaved visiting grand kids are great...for short periods of time.
The place: 3 levels, with 2 BRs and a shared full bath on upper level. Main level is a dining room, LR, fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 Bath, and laundry room. Basement is mainly my office, with some available storage for a few boxes, luggage, etc.
Parking is on the street, but within 50 steps of the front door. My townhouse complex is neat, and full of beautiful mature trees.
There is a bus stop across the street, and next door a gorgous park with a lake, and 1 mile paved walking path around the perimeter.
Rent is $825/month and all inclusive of utilities. AVAILABLE SEPT 1st.
Current housemate of 2 years is relocating to be closer to elderly parents in California.
