Ideal for DU students and young professionals. The rent is $870/mo. A flat utility fee of $125/mo per room includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, stormwater drainage, trash, and wifi. Additionally, there is a $25/mo mowing fee from May to October. The security deposit is $995. We are looking for a lease till August 31, 2026.
π Room Details: The room available now is room#1 on the floor plan. The other roommate is a 25-year-old technician at a hospital. He is very nice and easy-going.
π House Rules: This house is smoke-free, drug-free, marijuana-free, and pet-free. A background check is required before moving in.
