Are you a musician or music lover that would like to live in a house with a rehearsal space? Look no further: there is a room available for you ASAP! Our quaint 3br/2bath is located near the Colorado Ave Guitar Center, perfect for last minute gear needs. You will have access to a washer/dryer, kitchen w/dishwasher, sick patio and outdoor hanging space, and of course some laid-back roommates that play in local bands. And HEAPS of storage space.
The house stays cool in the summer thanks to our industrial swamp cooler and has great heating for the winter. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our neighbors even practice with their bluegrass band on Sundays, a truly wonderful vibe.
There will be band practices multiple days of the week, but worry not! We keep it tame and are very respectful people. If you are musically inclined, feel free to use the space as well! What a perk!
Room is available right away, you would need to cover security deposit (1 month rent) upon move-in and prorated rent if before June 2026. $1000/month for the room, utilities around $60/month.
