💲Rent: $785/month, $785 deposit, All utilities included (except XCEL which is split between housemate ~ there are solar panels which offsets costs). 1 year lease.
🥰 Community living - The house is shared with 4 creative, working adults in their 30s (You would be the 4th). Josh and Mason live downstairs, Serena lives upstairs.
🐈 Serena has an older cat, Zeppelin, who is very sweet and chill. (Sorry, no additional pets unless you have an exceptionally chill animal that gets along with cats).
🏡 The house is Bi-level and big (2000 sq ft) with a living room, a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms on each level. The upstairs North facing room is available. (Shared bathroom with Serena)
📍Great location in Lakewood (Jewell & Wadsworth) 15-20 minutes to Denver or Mountains. Near open spaces and trails along with grocery stores.
🚗 Plenty of parking with garage, long driveway, and street parking. You’ll always be able to park in front of the house.
🌌 There’s a lot of space. Large backyard, walkout patio from kitchen, and front yard. Laundry room with washer & dryer, many closets, a shed and garage. Great for creative projects.
💁🏻♀️Local landlady (me) I often work on projects to improve the house, will respond quickly and support whenever house things come up. This home has been a place of many laughs, creativity and a sanctuary to many. I truly want you to feel great living here.

“I like to cook and bake a lot at home, spend time with my cat in my room, and also do crafts and art in the living room or back patio, sometimes with friends. We catch up as a household when we see each other in passing and are supportive of each other as well as help out around the house as needed. We have tv and consoles set up in the downstairs living room free to use as well. What I look for in a roommate is someone who cleans up after themselves and helps out with cleaning around the house, is open to socializing on occasion and community oriented, and is respectful of the space we share."
