I have a 3bdrm home, I would like to rent one of the bedrooms. I have a coffee bar and a laundry room with washer and dryer with a table to fold and place to hang clothing.
I work full-time . I also have a large backyard ( sorry no pets). Utilities are separate and they are divided evenly.
