About the house: Nice kitchen with space for your stuff and access to dishes, appliances, dining room. Basement is finished with new carpet, workout area with dumbbells and a Peloton, washer/dryer, and the roommate’s bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom. Fast internet. Large backyard with a huge garden area. Hot tub in the back.
Across the street is a small park with trails. 15 min to downtown Denver, 30 min to Boulder, 10 min to downtown Golden. Safe neighborhood with easy access everywhere.
About me: I work from the office Monday to Friday. I'm usually in bed by 10 or 11pm. I also have two friendly labradoodles
Roommate: Great situation for student or traveling nurse. The bedrooms are above/below each other so quiet after 11pm. Non-smoking house. I'm not looking for more household furniture outside of what you bring to the room. Currently has a bed that you can use or bring your own furniture for the room.
Details: $1,000 per month including rent, all utilities included (internet, water, trash, recycling etc.) $500 security deposit. Some storage room available too.
