Hey y'all, I'm looking for a long-term roommate for a home I own in the Harvey Park Area of SW Denver. I have one other roommate on site, but they are quiet, clean, and courteous. I also have a dog who is a pit bull mix (She's six years old and very sweet), so if you have an animal, I would like to see if they would get along. I can offer a short-term agreement or a long-term agreement.

I'm offering rent at $1,100 a month. Utilities are included: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, garbage, recycling, composting, and AC and Heating. The laundry unit is on site. There is an office space that you can use for storage or your choosing. You would have to share a full-size bathroom with my current roommate as well.

We are two introverted professionals who resonate with the LGBTQ+ community and like to socialize when we can, but are fairly quiet and, after a long day of work, tend to keep to ourselves.
