We’re looking for a solid human to take over a private bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath house just a stone’s throw from beautiful Sloan’s Lake. The available room is on the ground floor and shares a bathroom and kitchen with two easy-going guys in their 30s. Rent is $751/month plus about $75 for utilities (includes internet, ac, trash, water, but not cable—we’re not that fancy). Security deposit of $751 is due with first month's rent.

The house has all the basics: central heat and AC, a washer/dryer (no more laundromat trips!) dishwasher, and decent street parking. Storage space is pretty minimal, so if you’ve got three kayaks and a pottery wheel, this probably isn’t the place for you. No pets, no smoking, and definitely not a party house—we like it quiet and clean, and we’d love to live with someone who feels the same way.
