I am seeking a professional, student, traveling nurse, or graduate student in the 20–40 age range (preferably female). No extensive drinking, smoking, or drug usage. The room can only be occupied by ONE person.
A tiny dog that behaves nicely is welcome. I have a fenced-in yard and a doggie door. There will be a $75 monthly pet fee.
A large yard with chairs and a barbeque is available. I live in the house with another roommate who comes and goes every month. I have a lot of experience living with roommates and am tidy and well-organized. For references, I can put you in touch with several of your previous housemates.
I'll sign a lease and run a background check. Leases are offered for periods of one to six months. Following your initial term, there are month-to-month terms available.
$600 a month plus $50 for WiFi and utilities.
Every three weeks, I hire a housekeeper to clean the house.
